PROFIBUS TROUBLESHOOTING & MAINTENANCE 

The PROFIBUS Troubleshooting and Maintenance course provides an intermediate level of training for technicians and engineers who are involved with commissioning, health checking and fault finding on operational PROFIBUS systems.

The course also provides an essential pre-requisite to the more advanced Certified PROFIBUS Engineer Course.

CERTIFIED PROFIBUS INSTALLER (CPI)

The course provides an essential pre-requisite to more advanced training like the PROFIBUS Troubleshooting and Maintenance Course, the Certified PROFIBUS System Designer Course or the Certified PROFIBUS Engineer Course.

Althoughcentred on the most widely used fieldbus technology, PROFIBUS, most of the course content is equally applicable to other fieldbus technologies.

CERTIFIED PROFIBUS ENGINEER (CPE)

You will learn about the telegrams that pass between PROFIBUS devices, how the network is configured and started up, and how the network deals with conflicts and other errors. A high-speed analyser is used to capture and interpret telegrams and an oscilloscope to quickly diagnose and locate a wide range of faults.
